MANAGING DIRECTOR

Elena studied Law at Kings College, London and started her accountancy career at KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. Elena continued with KPMG for 6 years, until she founded Fiducicorp in 2012. As Managing Director, Elena divides her time between her team in the UK and Cyprus, which also means she is available to meet her clients in many locations. Elena specialises in tax planning for high net worth individuals and in more recent years, Elena has focused on assisting her clients when entering the UK property market.

Sophia Ciccone

CORPORATE COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Sophia joined Fiducicorp in 2015 as an Executive Assistant with considerable administrative experience in other industries and has since developed a deep and broad understanding in the important role of a Company Secretary, becoming the Corporate Compliance Manager for Fiducicorp and for the Companies Fiducicorp services. Her main role is to ensure each Company’s corporate register and file are in order and compliant with the statutory obligations in the UK.
